Thinking about how the show is going, I’m thinking Speedy has already been thawed out, given a bionic arm and has been training as Arsenal. Thinking maybe the Light just thought he could be useful as more then a Popsicle. Just a thought.
A friend and I were talking and I agree with him. I think it’s Black Beetle… Would explain why the Kroloteans were scared of Blue Beetle and calling him a ‘Competitor Warrior’ in Alienated. Would also explain why some of the tech we’ve seen briefly looks as if it’s like Beetle’s.

I was re-watching Independence Day Part 2 aka Fireworks of Young Justice Season 1 and I realized that at the end, when Guardian is talking about a kinder, gentler Cadmus that Dubbilex says to him “Then of course I will help in anyway I can…. Brother.”
Brother is what he calls Superboy because he is a fellow Genomorph. This makes me believe more that Guardian is just an older Roy clone! Too suspicious. Makes me want Season two to develop quicker to see what happened with Roy! Well played, Weisman… Well played.

Edit: Yes. Roy is Guardian’s great nephew but even in comics, they don’t look a like plus Jim Harper has blonde hair, not Roy’s red. Plus with how the show flows and it’s like of clones, it wouldn’t surprise me if they went the route that, yes, Guardian died and they used Roy to help clone him because of genetic markers in his DNA.
